West Alameda Compound

Phase 3 of the West Alameda residential project will provide 5 duplex buildings with 10 new residential rental units. These homes are nestled into a lovely site along the Santa Fe River and adjacent to the City Open Space River Trail system. The dwelling units are 2 bedroom, 2 bath units built in a traditional Santa Fe territorial pitched-roof style, with a distinctively modernist styling. Concrete floors, eurostyle cabinetry and minimalist details are found throughout the project. Construction is expected to begin in Early 2024.
