Las Campanas

The INCANTO project is a unique hand-crafted contemporary home with a strong nod to the Santa Fe Style.  Designed and Build by the Palo Santo Designs integrated Design-Build team, this project is situated within the prestigious Las Campanas  development.  Necessarily the home meets the strict architectural guidelines required of the development, yet it clearly evokes a sense of something new and different in the vernacular.  As is the case with nearly all of Palo Santo’s work, this home is a highly energy efficient and sustainable home with numerous features including rainwater catchment, high efficiency in floor heat and a super insulated building envelope.  The home achieves the Gold standard under the USGBC’s LEED for Homes rating system.
