LEED Accredited Professional Mark Giorgetti is Founder and Principal of Palo Santo Designs. With 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction trades. Mark not only overseas the general management of the company, but also is directly engaged in the hands-on design and construction of our projects.  His academic background in Environmental Science and Business has gained him a Master’s Degree, and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship which he applies to all the work at Palo Santo Designs.  Mark Currently serves on the  Board of Directors, as Immediate Past President, of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders’ Association.
Brandon Snoy
Brandon SnoyPrincipal
Brandon Snoy is the Chief Operations Officer and Principal at Palo Santo Designs LLC. He began his career in construction as a carpenter, working with, and apprenticing under some of the most highly skilled craftsmen in New Mexico and beyond. His talents and keen eye for details are seen throughout all aspects of PSD’s projects.

Brandon leads by example – often wearing his tool bags and joining the crew in the creative process. His unique style of overseeing day to day details on site is carried over into PSD’s administrative duties. His dedication and commitment to our clients is demonstrated throughout the numerous awards and some of the highest certifications of our most prized projects.

Brandon has serves on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association (SFAHBA). He is the immediate Past Chairman of the Remodelers Council at SFAHBA. He is a licensed GB-98 contractor, with formal training in LEED for homes, energy efficient design, and construction techniques. With an openness to continually learn, Brandon is one of PSD’s most valued assets.

Leslie Gallatin- Giorgetti

Leslie is a Realtor with  Santa Fe Properties and a Principal at Palo Santo Designs LLC. Leslie oversees many aspects of the marketing and business development of the company, while also working closely with our clients on all Real Estate related issues, including acquiring building lots for our clients, large Ranch properties and listing homes for sale.  She is the key contact person for all inquiries regarding New Palo Santo Homes for sale on the market.  Leslie Giorgetti has lived in New Mexico for 18 years and has a deep appreciation of its diverse history, as well as a love for its land, culture and architectural uniqueness and has worked in the construction industry for the last 15 years.
Bruce Thompson
Bruce ThompsonProject Manager & Estimator
As a resident of Santa Fe, NM for 34 years, and a Licensed General Contractor for the past 27 years, Bruce has a genuine feel for the style and spirit that makes our community unique. As the President of a highly reputable and award winning company, ‘Bruce Thompson & Associates,’ Bruce was recognized and well known for producing high quality homes and innovative designs. He is responsible for the construction of over 300 homes in northern New Mexico, both high-end custom, and production affordable developments. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, its Executive Committee, and was President of the organization in 2000. As a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, Bruce has traveled to Washington D.C. and lobbied members of the House and the Senate on issues relevant to housing. Bruce is particularly interested in local development issues, affordable housing and national political issues affecting green building and affordable housing. As a builder who understands Green building practices, he is committed to improving the standards of residential construction and understands the impact builders can have on improving the health of the natural and built environments.
Joshua Penhaskashi
Joshua PenhaskashiProject Designer
Joshua is a California born designer, who began his academic path in the field of design studying Art History as an undergraduate at UCLA. During his bachelors degree he began his career in architecture interning for the Los Angeles based firm, Lehrer Architects. Joshua received a Masters degree in Architecture at the University of Texas Austin. His academic pursuits span architectural history, theory and the intricate process of design. He has gained experience in residential, hospitality and commercial design working for architects in Los Angeles, Austin, and London.

Joshua’s passion is rooted in understanding the great impact architecture has on human lives and how spaces affect the well-being and quality of life of those who inhabit or visit them. He is passionate about joining the Palo Santo Designs team as he believes that the mastery of architecture lies in the bridging of the design and building process. Joshua is now in the process of gaining architectural licensure and is excited about a life journey that is an expression of his natural passion for spaces and design and contributes to a positive human experience for those he designs for and collaborates with.

Harvey Day
Harvey DaySuperintendent
Licensed GB-98. A licensed contractor since 1972, Harvey exemplifies the Master Builder. His experience in commercial construction transcends three states and includes the management of highly technical projects such as sports stadiums, schools, restaurants and a veterinary hospital. His more visible local projects include the construction of Ginja Restaurant, and renovation of Rio Chama Steakhouse. Although Harvey’s extensive experience in large commercial projects is impressive, his heart lies in the creation of healthy non-toxic homes. As a certified Bau-Biologist he is trained in the design and construction of natural homes that exemplify a small carbon footprint. Harvey would be responsible for the day to day on site operations of your project.
Nathan Eric Barani
Nathan Eric BaraniProject Designer
Nathan is a highly competent project designer who brings 20 years of residential construction experience and 15 years of Architecture to the project. After completing an undergraduate degree in Social Ecology and going on to study Architecture and Ecological Design, he created BaraniDesignWorks, a design/ build studio. With successful projects throughout Colorado and New Mexico, BaraniDesignsWorks forged relationships with architects and builders that would create the foundation for his work today. Nathan worked with Palo Santo Designs from 2003-2007, and has come back on board as a full-time Project Designer since 2015.

A builder by trade and a passionate designer by experience, he sees the details and organizes them well. Nathan works directly with the home owner, principals, project managers and engineers to facilitate clear and concise plans for all phases of the design build process

Dalinda “Dee” Bangert

Dee has a degree in Architecture, is a licensed General Contractor, and a Certified HERS Rater. Dee has extensive experience in Residential Design, Project Management and Energy Modeling for residential buildings. She is an expert in Green Building technology, methods, materials and certification programs. Dee’s role is to facilitate all aspects of the pre-construction process, while providing key expertise in design, estimating and technical assistance to our Project Designers, Project Managers and Superintendents.
Jan Stoeppler
Jan StoepplerProject Manager
Born and raised in Germany Jan and his family relocated to Santa Fe in 1986. With a degree in architecture and a keen interest in design and building construction he began his career joining the team of a local home builder first as a carpenter and site foreman, then as a designer and project manager on design-build homes and light commercial projects. In 1989 Jan joined a local General Contractor first as a site superintendent and then as a project manager on high-end residential and commercial projects in Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico. Licensed as a General Contractor since 1992 Jan has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous and highly complex new construction as well as intricate and extensive renovation projects.
