LEED Accredited Professional Mark Giorgetti is the Founder and Principal of Palo Santo Designs. With 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction trades, Mark not only oversees the general management of the company but also is directly engaged in the hands-on design and construction of our projects. His academic background in Environmental Science and Business has gained him a Master’s Degree and a deep commitment to environmental stewardship, which he applies to all of his work at Palo Santo Designs. Mark currently serves on the  Board of Directors as Immediate Past President of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders’ Association.
Brandon Snoy
Brandon SnoyPrincipal
Brandon Snoy is the Chief Operations Officer and Principal at Palo Santo Designs. He began his career in construction as a carpenter, working with and apprenticing under some of the most highly-skilled craftsmen in New Mexico and beyond. His talents and a keen eye for details are seen throughout all aspects of Palo Santo Designs’ projects.

Brandon leads by example – often wearing his tool bags and joining the crew in the creative process. His unique style of overseeing day-to-day on-site details is carried over into Palo Santo Designs’ administrative duties. Brandon’s dedication and commitment to our clients are demonstrated in the numerous awards and some of the highest certifications of our most prized projects.

Brandon has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association, where he is the immediate Past Chairman of the Remodelers Council. He is a licensed GB-98 contractor, with formal training in LEED for homes, energy efficient design, and construction techniques. With an openness to continual learning, Brandon is one of Palo Santo Designs’ most valued assets.

Leslie Gallatin-Giorgetti
Leslie Gallatin-GiorgettiVice President of Marketing & Business Development
Leslie is a Realtor with  Keller Williams Realty and a Principal at Palo Santo Designs. Leslie oversees many aspects of the marketing and business development of the company, while also working closely with our clients on all real estate-related issues, including acquiring building lots for our clients, large ranch properties, and listing homes for sale. She is the key contact person for all inquiries regarding new Palo Santo Designs homes for sale on the market. Leslie has lived in New Mexico for 18 years and has a deep appreciation of its diverse history, as well as a love for its land, culture, and architectural uniqueness. She has worked in the construction industry for the last 15 years.
Bruce Thompson
Bruce ThompsonProject Manager & Estimator
As a resident of Santa Fe for 34 years and a Licensed General Contractor for the past 27 years, Bruce has a genuine feel for the style and spirit that make our community unique. As the President of a highly reputable and award-winning company, Bruce Thompson & Associates, Bruce was recognized and well-known for producing high-quality homes and innovative designs. He is responsible for the construction of over 300 homes in northern New Mexico, both high-end custom and production-affordable developments. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Area Home Builders Association and its Executive Committee, and he was President of the organization in 2000. As a Member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, Bruce has traveled to Washington, D.C., to lobby members of the House and the Senate on issues relevant to housing. Bruce is particularly interested in local development issues, affordable housing, and national political issues affecting green building and affordable housing. As a builder who understands green building practices, he is committed to improving the standards of residential construction. Bruce understands the impact builders can have on improving the health of the natural and built environments.
Jon Stern
Jon SternLead Architect
A Santa Fe resident since 1997, Jon has been a licensed Architect for almost 30 years. He studied at Carnegie-Mellon University where his thesis focus was Energy Efficient Design. A founder and former owner of Modulus Architects in Albuquerque, he has designed and managed building projects throughout the Southwest including multistory office/retail, medical facilities, and community centers. In his capacity as Lead Architect at Palo Santo Designs, Jon oversees the Design Staff assuring quality, efficiency and integration with field operations.
Sandra Odems

Sandra brings decades of experience in residential, commercial and public sector architectural design and construction administration. Her extensive background with LEED certification and green design makes her a perfect fit to the team.
